Who Is Limitless 101?

 It is an honor and pleasure to be a professionally licensed and trained social worker, practicing over 18 years.  My expertise includes family therapy, individual therapy, therapy with youth and teens, youth therapy groups, parent support groups, and connection with resources. Program Development and Program Management are also key skills I possess.  

Equally gratifying is having over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry as a licensed life and health insurance broker. It is truly a blessing to be able to combine a genuine desire to better understand a person holistically and also share with them strategies to foster their generational wealth. Areas I enjoy include educating, empowering, and providing solutions and strategies in life insurance, retirement planning, dental and vision plans, Medicare associated health plans, and becoming your own family bank.  

I am a Dean’s List graduate of the School of Family Studies at the University of Connecticut and Alumni of Fordham University’s School of Social Work. My training and development is varied in Reiki practices, Yoga Teacher Training, evidenced based practices including Multi-Dimensional Family Treatment, Engagement of Hard to Reach Clients, and Youth Leadership Training to name a few.  

My journey started as a young girl in the suburbs of CT being raised by West Indian parents who dedicated their lives here in the United States to provide a brighter future for our family.  Witnessing my parents be a support to their friends, family near and far, and community lead me to a heart of service from the age of about 5 years old.  Along this journey, I also experienced my own traumas from childhood and adulthood. My experiences thrust me into a desire to better understand my own needs and being a servant leader in my Christian faith.  

The blessings spread throughout my journey have empowered me to show up to be a support to other victims of trauma and loss, youth and teens struggling with various adolescent transitions and challenging family dynamics, and parents of special needs youth.  My entire life has exposed me to the value of holistic generational wealth.  I am a Generational Wealth Strategist who emodies the sharing of financial literacy as well as strategies and solutions to promote generational wealth.  I am empowered to support others in creating and maintaining generational wealth in their health, wealth, and wellness. I look to partner with my village to empower them too along their journey so they meet their desired success and fulfillment over time.
